👩🏻‍🍳 ПРИГОТУВАННЯ

1. Розігрійте духовку до 230–240 °C.
2. Змішайте 400 г крем-сиру кімнатної температури з 125 г цукру і 15 г крохмалю до гладкої консистенції.
3. Додавайте яйця по одному, щоразу ретельно перемішуючи.
4. Влийте 200 мл вершків, додайте ваніль і сіль.

5. Застеліть форму пергаментом так, щоб він покривав також боки.
6. Вилийте масу у форму та легенько постукайте нею об робочу поверхню.

👩🏻‍🍳 ВИПІКАННЯ

1. Випікайте 30–35 хвилин при 230–240°C:• верх має добре підрум’янитись (до темно-карамельного кольору),• середина повинна злегка тремтіти.
2. Остудіть чизкейк при кімнатній температурі, потім поставте в холодильник на 4–6 годин.
